Small chunks

We were founded on a bold idea: that small, strategic investments can ignite enormous and lasting change. Inspired by what would have been a one-off activity facilitated through a small grant from the Bosch Alumni Network, we now exist to prove that the future of development is not measured by the size of a budget, but by the precision of its impact.

Our work centers on climate resilience, education, and socio-economic development, demonstrating how targeted action at the community level can have a ripple effect, influencing multi-level systems.

We are, therefore, a demonstration platform, a living proof that transformation does not begin with abundance, but with insight!

Our Philosophy

We believe in the power of the pinpoint; the idea that carefully placed effort can shift the trajectory of a community, an ecosystem, or even a nation. We purposely work where need meets possibility, identifying leverage points where small efforts can generate exponential results. We build on what is already working and bridge gaps for maximum community impact and global relevance.

Why we exist

We stand for a new logic of impact: one that measures success by sustainability, agency, and local ownership. Our ambition is not to do more, but to help communities do better with less.

Development is often characterized by grand efforts that are unfortunately unsustainable due to limited contributions from beneficiaries. Our work, therefore, prioritizes and scales up existing community efforts, aiming to deliver locally led transformation.

What makes us different

Unlike conventional programs that pursue scale through expansion, we pursue it through replication and learning. We prototype transformative ideas and identify levers of change for communities, policymakers, and development partners to explore. By that, we are catalysts and a bridge between ideas and outcomes.
